Platinum Package

This package is tailored for the discriminating host who wishes to break away from the same old cocktails, served in the same old manner; and instead, offer his guests a truly out of the ordinary experience with cocktails not seen everywhere else.

For our Platinum package we will provide all the essentials right down to the bar towel. It features unique and time-honored recipes using authentic ingredients made from scratch right before your guests eyes, presented in appropriate glassware * and meticulously garnished by professional bartenders.

Presented in nostalgic glass pitchers, bowls, bottles and classic stainless steel buckets:

• Old-time Soda Siphons - filtered and charged seltzer with custom-ordered tonics and syrups
• Traditional sour mixes, natural syrups to be paired with liquor, and made-to-order infusions
• Freshly hand squeezed juices and natural garnishes
• Quality cubed ice with tongs
• Classic rod stirrers and wooden picks
• High-quality beverage napkins or cork coasters
• Boston-style cocktail shakers with hawthrown and juliep strainers, juicers, muddlers, bar spoons, etc.
• Steven's famous New York style Bloody Mary Mix, complete with all the correct ingredients and garnishes
• *Optional glassware

S&S Platinum Package Includes: One Signature Platinum Cocktail and one Signature Gold Cocktail customized to your preference.
You may upgrade the Signature Gold to a Signature Platinum or purchase additional Signature Cocktails.

Optional under 21 years of age custom-ordered soda bars are available, no one under 21 will be served from the bar.

Of course, we can also staff your special event with professional floor and kitchen personnel.

Platinum Service is limited to 50 adult guest or less.

We recommend a minimum ten day notice with a 50% conditional deposit; menu cost will be deducted from the staffing service deposit.
