Cocktail of the Month:
A Traditional Mardi Gras Sangria

This recipe requires at least a day to prepare, the sliced fruit should marinate overnight

You'll need:

4 oz. cognac

4 oz. White Rum

1 oz. Orange Liqueur  

2 oz. raw sugar 

1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Hot Cinnamon Buttered Rum

1.Warm a mug with hot water (discard water)
2 Put a teaspoon of cinnamon syrup* on the
bottom of the warmed mug
3. Fill the mug two-thirds full (around 4 oz) with boiling water
4. Add a pat of sweet butter
5. Top off with 2 oz of dark rum

Ginseng Hot Toddy

Chasing away your winter blues.
 

While your tea is brewing prepare a mug by filling with boiling water. Discard the hot water and add the following to the prepared mug:

2 o z Cognac

½ oz fresh lemon juice

¼ to ½ oz of honey*

A Traditional Irish Coffee
1.Warm a coffee mug with boiling water, discard water before building the drink (while warming) 
2. Beat cultured or heavy cream* to stiffen in a cold metal shaker or bowl and set aside 
3. In a warmed mug add a jigger of Irish Whiskey
