About Sally

Sally is Pennsylvanian Dutch, with a pre-revolutionary lineage. As a tot through her early twenties, she could be found at her grandmother's elbow cooking from the garden and local farms. She brings this tradition and a passion for blending fresh ingredients to our Signature Cocktails.

Sally has over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, and Sales Support. Her experience in Project Management for Fortune 500 companies has given her a full understanding of estimating and maintaining a budget, along with always seeking cost effective solutions. Sally excels in assisting our clients to plan for their special event. She works closely with our associates to ensure our sustainability policies are followed and actively researches the best options and pricing available for our clients

Moreover, she has bar tended in downtown Manhattan night clubs, Long Island supper clubs,and in Atlanta at various private parties and catering firms.
